Founded in 1955 under the name of Kwang-Myung Electricity, Vitzro Tech, with its current name, is a large-scale enterprise producing electricity distribution and transmission solutions from South Korea. It has a wide range of products for the protection, monitoring and transfer of electrical circuits, and is one of the pioneering companies in the development of ATS technology, whose R&D was completed in 1981. It is an organization that is in the top 50 in the list of companies offering competitive quality in Korea, and has been awarded twice (excellence in 2004 and grand prize in 2009) in the electrical industry assessment determined by the Korean government. The new generation automatic transfer switches were awarded the best product by Construction Economic News in 2010.

It has gained a permanent place in many markets from Japan to the USA, especially with its innovative solutions that are constantly developed in the field of ATS.

As a result of its growth and developing goals in Europe and America, a new company specific to these markets was established in 2017 under the name of Vitzro EM Incorporation.
